Xode Blockscanner ("we", "our", "us") is a read-only blockchain explorer for the Xode Network. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Data we collect: We do not require account registration and do not collect personal information. We may collect anonymised usage analytics (page views, referrers) solely to improve the service.

Blockchain data: All on-chain data displayed (blocks, extrinsics, addresses, balances) is public by nature of the Xode blockchain. We do not enrich or de-anonymise this data.

Third-party services: We connect to public RPC endpoints and telemetry feeds. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.

Data retention: We do not store personal data on our servers. Cached chain data is held only in-memory for performance and expires on refresh.

By accessing Xode Blockscanner you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

Use of service: Xode Blockscanner is provided for informational purposes only. All data is sourced directly from the Xode blockchain and presented as-is without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

No financial advice: Nothing on this explorer constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Always do your own research before making any financial decisions.

Prohibited use: You must not use this service to scrape data at a scale that disrupts the underlying RPC nodes, or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the explorer.

Availability: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Xode Network operates.

Xode Blockscanner uses a minimal number of cookies and browser storage mechanisms to deliver a consistent experience.

Theme preference: We store your light/dark mode preference in localStorage so it persists across sessions. No personal data is involved.

Network selection: Your selected network (Mainnet / Testnet / Devnet) may be stored in session storage to avoid repeated selection on navigation.

Analytics cookies: If anonymised analytics are enabled, a first-party cookie may be set to distinguish unique sessions. No personally identifiable information is stored.

Third-party cookies: We do not embed third-party advertising or tracking scripts. External links (social media, xode.net) may set their own cookies once you navigate to those sites.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from using the explorer, though your preferences will not be saved.

This Copyright Policy explains who owns the content of XODE Blockscanner (https://blockscanner.xode.net, the "Service"), how you may use it, and how to report content you believe infringes your copyright. The Service is operated by XODE ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to this policy. Effective October 6, 2026.

1. Ownership of the Service

We own or license the original elements of the Service and they are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These elements include:

• the website design, layout, look and feel, and user interface;
• source code, scripts, and software we wrote, except open-source components (Section 6);
• text, documentation, guides, graphics, icons, and logos we created;
• the selection, arrangement, labelling, and presentation of data, including charts, statistics, and dashboards.

All rights not expressly granted in this policy are reserved.

2. Blockchain data and third-party content

We do not claim ownership of raw blockchain data. Blocks, transactions, addresses, account balances, events, and smart-contract code are recorded publicly on the XODE network by its participants, and the Service only indexes and displays them.

• Smart contracts and token metadata: verified contract source code, token names, symbols, logos, and NFT media belong to their respective authors or rights holders. Displaying them does not transfer any rights to us or to you.
• User-submitted content: if you submit content (for example contract verification, token profiles, labels, or logos), you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and reproduce it for operating the Service.
• Accuracy: data is shown as recorded on-chain. We cannot alter or delete records on the blockchain itself; we can only change how the Service displays them.

Token prices and price charts come from the CoinGecko API and are subject to CoinGecko's API terms. Price data is credited to CoinGecko where it is shown.

3. Trademarks

"XODE", "XODE Blockscanner", and related names and logos are trademarks of XODE. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without our prior written permission. Other names and logos shown on the Service, including token logos (such as DOT, Kusama, Paseo and USDT) and social media icons (such as X, Discord, GitHub and YouTube), are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify them.

4. Permitted use

You may, without asking us:

• view and use the Service for personal, research, educational, or internal business purposes;
• share links to pages on the Service;
• quote or screenshot individual pages or small amounts of data, provided you credit "Source: XODE Blockscanner (blockscanner.xode.net)";
• use any public API we offer, within its published rate limits and terms.

5. Restrictions

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• copy, mirror, or republish the Service or substantial parts of its design, code, or content;
• frame the Service or present it as your own;
• scrape or bulk-download the Service by automated means outside our API, or in a way that degrades performance;
• remove or alter copyright, trademark, or attribution notices;
• sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute our original content or compiled datasets.

6. Open-source software

XODE Blockscanner is original software written by our team. It is not a fork of any other block explorer. It does use the open-source libraries and third-party material below, each under its own licence, and nothing in this policy limits your rights under those licences. Each component links to its project, and each licence links to its full text.

7. Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content displayed on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the contact in Section 10. We aim to acknowledge notices within 5 business days. Your notice must include:

1. your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorised to act for you;
2. identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
3. the exact URL(s) on the Service where the material appears;
4. your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address;
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law;
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

On a valid notice we may remove or disable the material on the Service and notify the person who submitted it. Note that we cannot remove data from the blockchain itself. Knowingly false notices may make you liable for damages.

8. Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the contact in Section 10 including:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. identification of the removed material and the URL where it appeared;
3. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
4. your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and to accept service from the person who filed the original notice.

We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.

9. Repeat infringers and changes to this policy

We may, in appropriate circumstances, remove content from or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe others' rights.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
